Good walks today, at the Roger Williams Park Zoo and then at Broad Meadow Brook after a nap cut short indeed. New pics on the Brook, where I saw a broad-winged hawk circle and call. We found us a genuine vernal pool, too, thick with tads and leafy litter in its watery bottom.
